SAE=a medical event that at any dose results in death, persistent or significant disability/incapacity, or drug dependency/abuse; is life-threatening, an important medical event, or a congenital anomaly/birth defect; or requires or prolongs hospitalization. Treatment-related=having certain, probable, possible, or missing relationship to study drug. Grade (Gr) 1=Mild, Gr 2=Moderate, Gr 3=Severe, Gr 4= Potentially Life-threatening or disabling. Data cut-off February 2014.

Vital signs (body temperature, seated blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration rate) were recorded at screening on Days 1, 8, 15, and 22 of Cycles 1 and 2, on Days 1 and 15 of Cycle 3, and at the end of treatment. Blood pressure (Diastolic and Systolic) and heart rate were recorded after the participant sat quietly for at least 5 minutes. Clinical relevance of vital sign data was determined by the investigator.
