Oxford, UK, 8 May 2015 - Summit Therapeutics plc (AIM: SUMM, NASDAQ: SMMT), the drug discovery and development company advancing therapies for Duchenne muscular dystrophy and C. difficile infection, provides notification that the Company filed on 7 May 2015 its US Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended 31 January 2015 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
