NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Oxford, UK, 7 May 2013 - Summit (AIM: SUMM), a drug discovery and development company advancing therapies to treat Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and C. difficile infection, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2013 ('Annual Report') together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') have been posted to shareholders. Copies of the Annual Report will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.summitplc.com.
The AGM will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday 6 June 2013 at Milton Park Innovation Centre, 99 Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RY.
