DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDINGS
Oxford, UK, 26 July 2013 - Summit (AIM: SUMM), a drug discovery and development company advancing therapies for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and C. difficile infection, confirms the participation by the Directors of the Company in the fundraising announced on 3 July 2013. Following the admission of the Placing and Offer Shares on 23 July 2013 the shareholdings of the directors will be as follows:

All shares were subscribed at the issue price of 5.0 pence. The total holdings of the Directors of the Company are now 11.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
