CHANGES INVOLVING LONG-TENURED LEADERS
PENNSYLVANIA - September 2, 2025 - Select Medical Holdings Corporation ("Select Medical") (NYSE: SEM) today announced
the appointment of Thomas P. Mullin as its chief executive officer. David S. Chernow, who has held the position since 2014, has been
appointed vice chairman of the board. John A. Saich, who most recently held the position of co-president, will serve as the company's
sole president. John F. Duggan has been appointed executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. The appointments are effective
