MacroGenics Announces Closing of Initial Public
Offering and Full-Exercise of Over-Allotment Option
ROCKVILLE, Md., October 16, 2013 MacroGenics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGNX) today announced
the closing of its initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock, including 750,000 shares of common stock issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares to cover over-allotments,
at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, before underwriting discounts.
BofA Merrill Lynch and Leerink Swann acted as joint book-running managers
for the offering. Stifel Nicolaus acted as Lead Manager and Lazard Capital Markets and Wedbush Securities Inc. acted as co-managers.
