INDIANAPOLIS , April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY ) today declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2011 of $0.49 a share on outstanding common stock.
The dividend is payable June 10, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 13, 2011 .
