EyeGate Pharmaceuticals Granted Additional
180 Days to Comply With Nasdaq Listing Rules
WALTHAM, Mass., Sept. 25, 2018 -- EyeGate Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
(NASDAQ: EYEG) a clinical-stage, specialty pharmaceutical company with two proprietary platform technologies for treating diseases
and disorders of the eye, today announced that the Company has been granted an additional 180 days to comply with Nasdaq's
continued listing rules.
Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) requires listed securities to
maintain a minimum bid price of $1 per share. With the extension granted, EyeGate has until March 18, 2019 to meet this requirement
by having a closing bid price of at least $1 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days during this additional time
EyeGate is a clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company

EyeGate's CMHA-S platform, EyeGate OBG, is based on a
