NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. , July 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ ) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2011 of $0.57 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on Sept. 13, 2011 , to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 30, 2011 . The ex-dividend date is Aug. 26, 2011 .
