NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. , Oct. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ ) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2017 of $0.84 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 12, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 28, 2017 . The ex-dividend date is November 27, 2017 .
