Regains Compliance with Nasdaq's Bid Price Requirement

Francisco, CA (June 26, 2024): Jaguar Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAGX) ("Jaguar"
or the "Company") today announced that on June 25, 2024 the Company received formal notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market
LLC ("Nasdaq") that Jaguar has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.
