(NYSE American: IGC) (“IGC” or the “Company”) , a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing therapeutics and AI-enabled tools for Alzheimer’s disease, today announced that Ascendiant Capital Markets has issued an updated equity research report on the Company, raising its 12-month price target to $6.00 per share from $5.50 and maintaining its BUY rating.
According to Ascendiant, the updated report highlights the Company’s progress in the Phase 2 CALMA trial and identifies the anticipated release of topline clinical data in Q4 2026 as a potential strong catalyst for IGC Pharma’s stock.
IGC Pharma’s lead program, IGC-AD1, is currently being evaluated in the Phase 2 CALMA clinical trial for agitation associated with Alzheimer’s dementia. The Company recently achieved its previously disclosed 146-patient baseline randomization target and is now within six additional randomizations of expected enrollment closure.
