Bacterin Announces Preliminary Second Quarter
Mont. - July 21, 2014, - Bacterin International
Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT: BONE), a leader in the development of revolutionary bone graft material and coatings for medical applications,
today announced preliminary unaudited results for the second quarter of 2014.
Company is anticipating total net revenue for the second quarter of 2014 to be in the range of $8.75 million to $8.85 million,
representing a year over year increase of 6 to 7% when compared
to $8.3 million reported for the second quarter of 2013. Gross margin for the period is expected to fall between 61% and 63%. This
compares to 57% during the second quarter of 2013 and is in line with the Company's guidance.
Operating loss for the quarter is expected to be in the range of ($1.5) million to ($1.4) million, a decrease of 20 -
25% over second quarter 2013 operating loss of ($1.9) million.
Preliminary EBITDA for the quarter was in the range of ($800,000)
to ($900,000), compared to ($1.4) million for the second quarter 2013.
Second Quarter Results Conference Call
The Company also announced that it will release its detailed
second quarter 2014 financial results after the market closes on August 12, 2014 and will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m.
