(Nasdaq: VTRS ) today announced that on May 5, 2025 , its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for each issued and outstanding share of the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 16, 2025 , to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 23 , 2025.
