(Vanda) (Nasdaq: VNDA) today announced that the Supreme Court denied Vanda's petition for a writ of certiorari in its HETLIOZ® Abbreviated New Drug Application litigation against Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., Apotex Inc. and Apotex Corp.
