U.S. Physical Therapy Announces Acquisition
of a Four-Clinic Physical Therapy Practice
Houston, TX, May 31, 2023 - - U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. ("USPH" or the "Company") (NYSE: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services, today
announced an acquisition of a physical therapy practice with four clinics.
USPH and its local partners together acquired a 75% equity interest in the practice for a purchase price of $3.1 million, with
the current practice owners retaining a 25% equity interest. The business currently generates approximately $2.6 million in annual revenues and approximately 27,000 annual visits.
