Outpatient Home Care Physical and Speech Therapy Practice
Houston, TX, April 30, 2025 - U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (the Company") (NYSE: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services,
announced the acquisition of an outpatient home care practice that provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy through its 50%-owned subsidiary, MSO Metro, LLC ("Metro"). The practice currently generates approximately $2.1 million in annual
revenues. Metro acquired an 80% interest in the acquired company with the current owners retaining a 20% ownership interest.
