(Nasdaq:TYRA), a precision oncology company focused on developing purpose-built therapies to overcome tumor resistance and improve outcomes for patients with cancer, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 12,420,000 shares of common stock, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 1,620,000 additional shares, at an initial public offering price of $16.00 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Tyra, were$198,720,000 million. Tyra's common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "TYRA."
BofA Securities, Jefferies and Cowen acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
