WARREN, N.J., Aug. 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tevogen (“Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc.” or “Company”) (Nasdaq: TVGN), today announced an update on institutional ownership of the Company’s outstanding common stock, as reported by institutional investment managers on Form 13F filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
As reported on June 30, 2025, second quarter institutional ownership of Tevogen common stock increased 24% compared to the reported amount on March 31, 2025; this is following a 60% increase reported for the first quarter. The largest contributors to the second quarter growth were Morgan Stanley and BlackRock, which together increased their holdings by 80%.
