YORK, August 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: TNXP) (Tonix) announced today that Samuel
Saks, M.D. has stepped down from the Company's board of directors, effective August 21, 2018. Dr. Saks has served on the
Board of Directors of Tonix since May 2012, and was a member of the board's compensation committee.
