/ AIM: TILS), a US and UK biotechnology company that focuses on the discovery and development of novel molecules to treat
human diseases in oncology and immunology, today announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 10:00 a.m.
on 31 May 2019 all the resolutions proposed were duly passed.
