Third Quarter 2023 Financial and Operating Results:
As of September 30, 2023, Instil had cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and marketable securities of $184.5 million, which consisted of $9.1 million in cash and cash equivalents, $1.0 million in restricted cash and $174.3 million in marketable securities, compared to $260.9 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of December 31, 2022, consisting of $43.7 million in cash and cash equivalents and $217.2 million in marketable securities.
