Fourth Quarter and Full Year Financial Results
for the fourth quarter of 2020 totaled $6.8 million, consistent with the prior year fourth quarter. Recurring revenue for the
quarter was $5.9 million and system revenue was $0.7 million. Revenue for the full year 2020 totaled $26.6 million. Recurring
revenue of $22.0 million for the full year 2020 declined 15% from the prior year, primarily due to the impact of the COVID-19
pandemic on procedure volumes. System revenue of $3.6 million for the full year 2020 increased from $2.1 million in the prior
year reflecting the successful installation of our initial Genesis RMN Systems.
