(Nasdaq: SNOA) today announced the pricing of its previously announced “best efforts” public offering of shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $3.50 per share, with anticipated gross proceeds of $1.6 million, before deducting placement agent fees and offering expense payable by the Company. The offering is expected to close on or about November 29, 2019, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
Dawson James Securities, Inc. is acting as the lead placement agent and sole book runner.
