BOSTON, June 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tango Therapeutics, Inc. (“Tango”) (Nasdaq: TNGX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company committed to discovering and delivering the next generation of precision cancer medicines, announced today the launch of an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of $500 million of its common stock. All shares of common stock to be sold in the Offering will be offered by Tango. Tango also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $75,000,000 of shares of its common stock offered in the Offering under the same terms and conditions.
