This program is intentionally designed as a structured mentorship, versus a networking opportunity only. Our goal is to create meaningful mentor-mentee relationships that support professional development, clinical growth, and leadership advancement for women in the shoulder space.
We are welcoming female shoulder surgeons and physician assistants who are interested in participating either as mentors or mentees and who are committed to engaging in this mentorship model.
In addition to thoughtfully pairing one-on-one mentors and mentees for continual contact, we will be hosting a quarterly webinar series with breakout mentoring sessions to expand your network of women in shoulder arthroplasty, and expose you to multiple mentors in different stages of their careers. As this program evolves we plan to continue hosting opportunities for in-person meetings as well as virtual events to foster collaboration throughout the year.
