This is to inform that the wholly owned subsidiary
of the Company, namely, Industrias Qu micas Falcon de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., (referred to hereinafter as "Dr. Reddy's
Mexico") has received an Order from the Superior Chamber of the Federal Court in Administrative Justice, Mexico, pertaining to ongoing
tax litigation. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015 are as hereunder:
