Annual Report on Form 20-F

14, 2023: Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited (BSE: 500124, NSE: DRREDDY, NYSE: RDY, NSEIFSC: DRREDDY, along with its subsidiaries
together referred to as "Dr. Reddy's") today announced that its Annual Report on Form 20-F, containing its annual consolidated
financial statements prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as issued by International Accounting Standards
Board (IASB), for the fiscal year ended 31 March, 2023 was filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on June 13,
The Annual Report on
Form 20-F is also available on Dr. Reddy's website, www.drreddys.com, and can be accessed by selecting 'SEC filings'
under Reports and Filings' section under Investors' tab. Alternatively, the report can also be downloaded by
Receipts (ADRs) holders may also obtain a hard copy of the Annual Report on Form 20-F at no cost, by sending a written request to the
