Further to our intimation dated April 4,
2017 with regard to the US FDA audit of our API manufacturing plant at Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh (CTO VI), we would like to inform
you that FDA has maintained OAI status of the said site. We have received the establishment inspection report (EIR) to that effect.
FDA has asked us for more details. We are providing those details and continuing to engage with FDA for resolution of pending issues.
