(NASDAQ: PNTG), the parent company of Pennant affiliated home health, hospice, home care and senior living companies, announced today that, effective September 3, 2026, it acquired the real estate of Mainplace Senior Living (“Mainplace”), a senior living community located in Orange, California. A Pennant affiliated subsidiary has operated Mainplace under a triple-net lease since our spin-off in 2019. This acquisition aligns with our disciplined approach of capital deployment in acquiring senior living real estate, at attractive pricing, to capture both the long-term value of the real estate that benefits from the strong cultural, clinical and operational results in the acquired community.
