TUCSON, ARIZONA, September 9, 2025 - Picard Medical, Inc. (NYSE American: PMI) ("Picard" or the "Company"), today announced that the underwriters of its previously announced initial public offering of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Common Stock") have exercised their over-allotment option in full on September 5, 2025, resulting in the issuance of an additional 637,500 shares of Common Stock at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $2,550,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. The shares began trading on the NYSE American, LLC ("NYSE American") under the ticker symbol "PMI" on August 29, 2025.
Capital, Inc. was Lead Manager and Sole Bookrunner for the Offering and representative of the underwriters for the Offering. Sentinel
