(NYSE American: PMI) (the “Company”), parent company of SynCardia Systems LLC, maker of the world’s first total artificial heart approved by both the U.S. FDA and Health Canada, today announced it will host an its Annual Business Update virtual call, which will be webcasted, on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. EDT, following the filing of the Company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The webcast will feature business updates from management, including discussion of the Company’s commercial activities and development of its next-generation, fully implantable total artificial heart platform known as Emperor, as well as perspectives from leading clinicians in the cardiac surgical field and a patient who received the SynCardia Total Artificial Heart (STAH).
