ANNOUNCES FIRM COMMITMENT PUBLIC OFFERING OF COMMON STOCK
YORK (January 18, 2018) - PAVmed Inc. (Nasdaq: PAVM, PAVMW)) ("PAVmed"), a highly differentiated, multiproduct
medical device company, today announced that it intends to offer shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering. PAVmed
also expects to grant to the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover overallotments,
if any. PAVmed intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The
offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or
