LANGHORNE, Pa. - October 30, 2023 NEXGEL,

hydrogel products for healthcare and consumer applications, today announced that its subsidiary, CG Converting and Packaging, has executed
a supply agreement with AbbVie Inc. (NYSE: ABBV), a global biopharmaceutical company to be a supplier of gel pads to be used with AbbVie's
Rapid Acoustic Pulse device being investigated for improvement in the appearance of cellulite.
Leveraging NEXGEL's proprietary hydrogel technology,
its gel pads will be an important component of the body contouring device.
