(“Nutex Health” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: NUTX) announced that it has rescheduled the release of its financial results and conference call related to the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024 , which had previously been scheduled for March 27, 2025 and March 28, 2025 , respectively. Nutex currently expects to issue its fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results after market close on Monday, March 31, 2025 , the official SEC filing deadline. The Company currently expects to hold its conference call on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. ET . The Company is using all of the time allowed by regulation before releasing financial results and holding the conference call in order to complete its year-end reporting process.
