(“NeurAxis,” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: NRXS), a medical technology company commercializing neuromodulation therapies addressing chronic and debilitating conditions in children and adults, will report financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2023, for the period ended December 31, 2023, on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, after the close of the market. The Company has scheduled a conference call for the same day, Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 4:30 pm ET to review the results.

Today, the Company filed a Form NT 10-K with the SEC providing notice of the Company being unable to file its Form 10-K on the prescribed due date. The Form NT provides relief for the filing to occur on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date. As indicated in this press release, the Company expects to have filed its Form 10-K on April 9, 2024. The Company is unable to file timely due primarily to the unique circumstances associated with the Company’s IPO last year.
