WATERTOWN, Mass., February 13, 2025 Neumora Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMRA), a
clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with a therapeutics pipeline consisting of seven clinical and pre-clinical brain disease programs, today announced that effective February 14, 2025, Paul L. Berns,
Neumora s co-founder and executive chair of the Board of Directors, will transition to chief executive officer and chairman of the Board, and Henry Gosebruch will be leaving the Company. Additionally,
Joshua Pinto, Ph.D., will serve as president, Bill Aurora, Pharm.D., will serve as chief operating and development officer, and Michael Milligan will serve as chief financial officer.
Neumora was founded to confront the global brain disease crisis by taking a fundamentally different approach to the way treatments for brain diseases are
