the development of therapies to treat central nervous system disorders, today announced a leadership transition with the appointment of Jim O'Connor as Chief Business Officer (CBO), effective April 21, 2026, as Geoff Race, the
Company's President, has elected to leave the company. Mr. Race will continue to be involved with Minerva as a consultant.
