(NASDAQ: MMSI), a leading global manufacturer and marketer of healthcare technology, today announced that shareholders elected Scott R. Ward to the company’s Board of Directors at Merit’s annual meeting of shareholders.
Mr. Ward was elected to serve a three-year term.
