a commercial-stage precision diagnostics company, today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31,

revenue for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022, was $6.1 million, an increase of 21% as compared to total revenue of $5.1 million
for the first quarter of 2021. Services revenue amounted to $6.1 million for Q1-2022, an increase of 27% as compared to $4.8 million
profit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022, was $2.8 million as compared to $2.4 million for the first quarter of 2021. Gross
margins were 46.6% for Q1-2022 as compared to 47.0% for Q1-2021.
