LIEGE, BELGIUM - July 2, 2013 - MDxHealth SA (NYSE Euronext : MDXH), in conformity with article 15 of the Law of May 2, 2007 on the publication of significant shareholdings in issuers which shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, and further to the capital increase having taken place on Tuesday, June 25, 2013, MDxHealth publishes that its share capital has increased from EUR 20,351,568.70 to EUR 27,321,762.02 and that its issued and outstanding shares have increased from 25,513,440 to 34,251,303, through the issuance of 8,737,863 new shares.
