This brand transformation marks a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution, reinforcing its mission to reshape the future of outpatient imaging through strategic partnerships, broader access to services, and exceptional patient experiences rooted in quality and compassionate care.
The organization has a track record of developing successful joint venture partnerships with leading health systems, including some spanning more than a decade. Lumexa Imaging now operates over 180 centers across 13 states, including more than 85 centers in joint ventures. As industry trends continue to show a strong shift toward freestanding imaging centers, Lumexa Imaging is uniquely positioned to meet growing demand for convenient, lower-cost alternatives to hospital-based imaging.

The rebrand comes as Lumexa Imaging continues the expansion of its extensive outpatient footprint through a focused de novo growth strategy. The company has already opened six new outpatient centers in 2025, and ten since October 2024, as it continues to actively assess de novo center opportunities in attractive geographies.
