cancer, today announced the appointment of Frederick W. Driscoll to its board of directors. Mr. Driscoll will serve on the audit committee.

Mr. Driscoll currently serves on the board of directors of Abpro Therapeutics, Cellectar Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLRB) and
