of Todd Girolamo to its Board of Directors. Girolamo is a seasoned attorney and biopharmaceutical executive specializing in health-related
products, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary for Caladrius
Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLBS).
