an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal

Healthcare Limited ( Company') requests a trading halt to be applied to its securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending
an announcement by the Company regarding a strategic institutional capital raising.
Company requests that the trading halt commences immediately. The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier
of the commencement of normal trading on 05th December 2022 or the release of the announcement.
Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information other than that
set out above necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
