MARSEILLE, France--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2023--Innate Pharma SA (Euronext Paris: IPH; Nasdaq: IPHA) ("Innate" or the "Company") will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") at 10:30 a.m. CEST on May 12,
2023 in its headquarters, 117 avenue de Luminy, F-13009 Marseille. The Annual General Meeting will be broadcasted live.
The Notice of Meeting of this AGM was published on April 7, 2023 in the French legal bulletin. It includes the agenda, the proposed resolutions as well as instructions to participate and vote in this AGM.
