YOKNEAM, Israel, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- InMode Ltd. (Nasdaq: INMD), a leading global provider of innovative medical technologies, announced today that it expects to release its financial results for the third quarter of 2026 before the Nasdaq market opens on Wednesday, November 11, 2026.
InMode is currently finalizing its financial results for the third quarter of 2026. While complete financial information and operating data are not yet available, set forth below are certain preliminary results for such period, which are unaudited and subject to the completion of InMode's quarter-end closing procedures, final adjustments and other developments that may arise between now and the time such financial results are finalized. Based on these preliminary results, management expects:
• Revenue for the third quarter of 2026 to be in the range of $91.8 million to $92.0 million
• Full year 2026 revenue to be in the range of $365 million to $375 million, consistent with prior guidance
As the Company's Special Committee continues its evaluation of a strategic proposal, InMode will not host an investor conference call or webcast in connection with its third quarter 2026 earnings release and will not conduct investor meetings at this time.
