INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY
ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that, subsequent to the delivery of 23,470
shares on March 12, 2024 arising from the exercise and net
settlement of a share option, Christian Heidbreder, a PDMR, sold
23,470 ordinary shares of US$ 0.50 each in the Company
('Shares') on March 13, 2024, March 14, 2024, and March 15,
The option exercise was in respect of an option over 63,185 Shares
granted on December 29, 2014 at a USD equivalent option price of
US$ 7.024 per share. The Shares were sold at an average
price of US$ 20.84 per share over the three days (6,284 Shares at
US$ 21.06; 15,096 at US$ 20.75; and 2,090 at US$ 20.77
Following completion of the transactions, Christian has a
beneficial interest in 92,922 Shares in the Company.
