Bio Solutions Inc. Announces Cancellation of FY 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Intends to Hold FY 2022 Annual Meeting in February 2023
YORK, Dec. 21, 2022 - Intelligent Bio Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: INBS) (the "Company"), today announced that its Board
of Directors has cancelled the Company's annual meeting of stockholders (for fiscal year ended June 30, 2021) that was originally
scheduled to be held on June 16, 2022 (the "FY21 Annual Meeting"), but was adjourned several times (most recently to a date
to be determined) due to lack of quorum.
