Advisor for Health Sciences Acquisitions Corporation's (NASDAQ: HSAC) definitive share exchange agreement ("SEA") with
Immunovant Sciences Ltd. ("Immunovant"), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on enabling normal lives
for patients with autoimmune diseases.
